I can’t get to Benidorm so decided to challenge myself and am running my ‘F*** Off Long Covid Half Marathon’ on Saturday 22 November starting at 10:00 at The Jetty, Broadstairs (running 10-11 min miles) and it will be lovely to see as many of you as I can on my route to keep me going.
Whether you feel like running with me or showing your support from the curb it will be fantastic. Thank you so much for your support – this challenge means a lot to me.

This is your fault! Whoever decided to organise a trip to Benidorm for the half marathon/10k I blame you! But
