Runner of the Month for September

The Kent Grand Prix (KGP) is a competition run by the Kent County Athletics Association (KCAA).
They are series of 10 races and are our Club Champ Races too.
We have so far taken part in 8 of them and are in an amazing position…
Out of 44 running clubs the standings so far are:
Mens Team – 1st place (Maidstone and Petts Wood hot on our heels)
Ladies Team – 4th place (Maidstone – 3rd – in touching distance)
Individual Mens – Matt McCarthy in 2nd place (just behind 1st)
Individual Ladies – Our ladies captain Jo Kemp is in 1st place!!!
We have two races left:
Faversham 10k (21st September) – I think this is sold out but you may get lucky with a cancellation.
