Congratulations to Abigal Cardwell for her efforts over the last few weeks, setting a new Club Female parkrun record by taking almost a minute off the previous record that had stood for eight years, and following that up with setting a new Half Marathon record, shaving 5 seconds off the time set by Ruby Jones earlier this year
